Rebecca Larsen is the Executive Director at Helping Hands in Sedro-Woolley. Helping Hands is an organization that serves 16,000 low income families in Skagit County.  She is the SWAN Women of the Year for 2016 and United States Air Force veteran. Rebecca is a long term resident of Skagit County and loves giving back to her community.
