ESTEPHANIE BICKLEY

Estephanie is originally from Durango Mexico who immigrated to the United States at the age of a year and a half and call the Skagit Valley her home. Her schooling was within the Mount Vernon school district graduating from Mount Vernon high school and obtaining an Associates Degree from Skagit Valley College. 

As a first-generation whose’s parents have worked as immigrant farm workers. She understands the complexity of empathy and hard work. As a native Spanish/English speaker and experienced in Customer Service and Multimedia Marketing. She believes in advocating and assisting others in breaking the language barrier.  

Estephanie has been on the board for the past five years in which she has contributed to the following roles PR committee chair, vice president, and most recently this year's SWAN Board president
